WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing is a therapeutic modality that involves the use of sound such as music, singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks, or other instruments to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound healing is a type of intentional frequency healing in which sound vibrations have a positive impact on various aspects of one's health and overall wellbeing, bringing about positive changes in the body's energy systems.
The "Earth's heartbeat" or "Earth's natural frequency” at 7.83Hz is often referred to as the Schumann Resonance. It is the original sound healer!
WHAT IS A SOUNDBATH?
A common term we use for a sound healing session is a “Soundbath” since you are bathing in the vibrational frequencies of sound.
In soundbath, we align the body into its highest state of harmony on a cellular level. When one has dis-ease, their body and energy system is simply out of balance.

It was my first sound bath experience. Almost immediately, I found my body unfolding, slowly letting go and entering a state of relaxation. Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are the singing bowls that Gwen uses in all of her sessions.
